Sof’Solutions Inc. Sweet 16 Celebration

Official Rules

(NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR BE SELECTED)

OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA AGED 18 YEARS AND OLDER

1) ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sof’Solutions, Inc (Sponsor), advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live, or members of the same households, whether related or not),  are not eligible. Subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Avoid where prohibited.

2) TO ENTER:
The “Sof’Solutions Sweet 16 Celebration” begins on November 1, 2007 where the rules and entry application will be posted on our website (www.sof-solutions.com). The first surfacing winner will be announced February 28, 2008; subsequent winners will be announced monthly until all 16 surfaces are awarded.  Installation of the first surfacing award will take place May 2008 and continue consecutively every month for 16 months.

Visit www.sof-solutions.com to download a “Sweet 16 Celebration” application, submit completed application to your local Sof’Solutions sales representative. If you do not know your representative, please call Sof’Solutions at 800.523.8690, your representative will forward all applications to the Sof’Solutions Incorporated Sweet 16 selection committee.

3) RULES
Installation of winning surfacing must be installed during your award month unless prior arrangements are made.

All Freight cost and associated charges will be paid prior to delivery by winning party.  Forklifts and additional unloading equipment may be required at the time of delivery; these will need to be arranged prior to delivery and will be the responsibility of the winning party

All site work including sub base preparation, border installation and/or removal of existing equipment, is the responsibility of the winning party, and must be completed to specification prior to surfacing delivery.

All surfacing installation of winning product is the responsibility of the winning party and must completed within your award month.

An Installation supervisor may be needed for installation of Sof’Shield Outdoor, Sof’Shield Indoor, Sof’Path, and Sof’Splash. The price for this services will be charged to the
Winning party at $1.00 per sq ft.

The collection and use of entrant information will be governed by Sof’Solutions, Inc and will not be given out to any third party.

All winners will be notified at least 60 days prior to surfacing installation. Winners list will be     displayed on the Sof’Solutions, Inc website.

4) SURFACING CHOICES/AMOUNT YOU MAY WIN
Sof’Solutions surfacing choices and amounts that are available to win are listed below; please specify your surfacing of choice on your application, visit;  www.sof-solutions .com, for more information on product features and specifications.

NOTE: If additional material is needed it will be the responsibility of the winning party.

5) GENERAL:

Taxes on winning surfacing products and all expenses related to acceptance and use of the winning surface is the sole responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of the Sponsor, and which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold-harmless Celebration Sponsors from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of the winning surfacing product without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage: and if a winner; (c) to permit the Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, city and state address, and the photograph and or video of entrant’s project for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes.  This might include a prearranged time for staging a “lunch and learn” program for any area groups interested in finding out about the product chosen by the entrant.
