Sof’Shield Indoor is guaranteed to be in compliance with ASTM F 1292-04 and F1951 for a full 6 years and it is covered by the Play Protection Plan - designed to provide a new level of confidence and protection.

Sof’Shield Indoor surfacing carries a 6 year limited product warranty against defective materials and manufacturer’s workmanship of the product.

Sof’Shield’s innovative wear layer is made using virgin, lead free material. Its patent-pending design is non-porous, self draining and anti-fungal. This layer reduces wear patterns, color transfer and bacterial growth.

When installed to the manufacturer’s specifications, our Sof’Bond Adhesion process creates a strong and seamless surface that will not curl, shift or allow gaps to form between mats.

The colorfast properties of Sof’Shield are superior to other products since the UV resistant additives are built into the wear layer. After exposure to the most extreme conditions, there were no noticeable differences to any of the 6 colors.

What is Covered

Sof’Solutions™ Incorporated warrants the Sof’Shield™ product to meet or exceed product guidelines and testing under normal use for SIX (6) YEARS from date of installation.
Sof’Solutions™ also warrants all Sof’Shield components provided by Sof’Solutions™ to be free of defect given normal use up to SIX (6) YEARS from the date of installation.

Warranty Conditions
If the Sof’Shield Indoor™ installation is defective within the applicable warranty period, Sof’Solutions™ will, subject to the conditions set forth below, replace defective installation components at no charge within a reasonable period of time. Components that are used for replacement under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. The replacement of defective components shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a breach of warranty.

Exclusions
This Warranty excludes any defect, malfunction or failure caused by or resulting from:

Improper installation, including service or maintenance.
Abuse, neglect, accident, vandalism.
Improper drainage.
Acts of God, or any other cause beyond the control of Sof’Solutions.

Failure to maintain area, install all materials properly or change impact attenuation characteristics due to sand or other foreign materials tracked into the system voids this warranty.

Any implied warranties covering the Sof’Shield™ installation, including but not limited to warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of original installation. Sof’Solutions™ shall not in any case be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or any other legal theory even if Sof'Solutions™ Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states so not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
